Group Chief Audit Executive

Kedar Joshi brings over three decades of global experience in internal audit, assurance and governance across leading financial institutions. Prior to joining Axis Bank in June 2025, Kedar spent over 18 years with Bank of America in India and Hong Kong. As APAC Head of Audit, he oversaw the audit coverage across APAC region as well as the BofA’s offshore operations. He was a member of the Audit Senior Leadership Team and the APAC Regional Executive Committee. Prior to BofA, Kedar held assurance and consulting roles with Scotiabank in Toronto, Canada, and KPMG in UAE and India. Kedar is a Chartered Accountant from India and Canada, and is also a CFA Charter holder. He is an avid hiker, marathoner and a keen sports enthusiast; and loves mentoring young professionals
