Zahid Mustafa is the Head of Digital Custody and Cash, Product Development at State Street. In his current role, he leads the development of institutional solutions spanning digital custody, tokenization, and digital cash for wholesale financial markets. Prior to State Street, he held senior leadership roles at EY, Deutsche Bank, and Aon, leading large-scale banking, capital markets, and regulatory transformation programs. With nearly three decades of experience across financial services, Mustafa has worked extensively on market infrastructure, custody, and institutional product development. This makes him one of the key executives driving traditional finance's transition toward tokenized and onchain financial markets.
