Lukasz Stepien is Head of Audit at ING in Asia. With more than 20 years of international banking experience spanning risk management, treasury, finance, and internal audit, he leads audit activities covering wholesale banking businesses and functions across the region. Lukasz is passionate about helping organizations strengthen governance, enhance risk management, and support sustainable strategic growth. Throughout his career, he has led major transformation initiatives across all three lines of defence, driving greater effectiveness and resilience. Outside of work, he enjoys travelling, snowboarding, and collecting vintage watches.
