Dwaipayan Sadhu (Dwai) is a business leader with over 20 years of experience in the consumer financial sector. Over his career he has built and led many high performing businesses as well as steered corporate turnarounds. Since 2021, Dwai has been the Chief Executive Officer of Trust Bank. Under his leadership, Trust has established itself as one of the world’s leading digital banks and the largest digital bank in Singapore. Dwai is passionate about the power of culture and has focused on fostering a culture around creativity, client centricity and collaboration as foundation to Trust’s success. He is also a strong proponent of technology and the power of data and AI. Prior to Trust, Dwai held several leadership roles in Standard Chartered, including Head of Consumer Banking, Singapore and various regional roles.
